^^oh he is actually really nice in this bit...I find his dialogue delivery ridiculous but I think sometimes he expresses really nicely through his eyes...so yes they should definitely use his eyes more...WHY the manhandling? I really don't get it.. do they think only showing menace through eyes would be too subtle for the audience and thus make him push her up against walls or on beds to drive home the point?😆

How can I forget his socks??? They defo reduced the intensity of the scene which was supposed to be the most intense and showed SSO at his worst, the badass jerk he could be... but as you said it was comical. 😆😆

The gif is fab and what i felt when i saw this scene was like Shivaay's 3rd eye opened in that instant. It was simply magical the way he did it and both Narbhi nailed their scenes perfectly.

He just spring into action, in pure rage with no other thought other than to make the wedding happen and He did not have any other option left to him.

His body language was not threatening but his voice modulation and eyes were bang on. Perfectly pitched. Surbhi too was great as the terrified but feisty Anika as always. She could not believe that her shivaay could stoop so LOW and the shock of marrying him.

Your post made me look at it with new eyes i.e. comedy. Enjoyed it and love the gif.

Word at them not utilizing Nakuul more expressively rather than physically showing him manhandling cause it just doesn't go with not only his image but also Billuji as well! He is always an awkward scandalized person to Anika it's just not done to show him SO aggressive 😛
