So this time Salil was correct BARC and Salil both TRPs are 1.4

I think all should follow star plus for the trp. As they have started including the online figures aswell.

By the way don't you think so many people watch it online(1.3 original & 2.2 star plus)

It doesn't matter if IB is on top or not. The story, tracks and presentation is good. It's popular and when star plus is happy with it why should we waste our energies thinking bad all the time 😊

star plus hasnt included hotstar audience yet.this revised trp is also of TV..its an upgraded calculation of TV audiences.yrkkh writer has said this.online is not calculated yet.

So how do they come to this increased number which increase the TRP of all the show

A few weeks ago there was a serious meeting between the GECs and the BARC and a discussion about the ratings and how it needed to be addressed and I do recall discussion about a new system being put in place.

Maybe they are calculating it like they do with Nielsen's, adjusted for the later viewings rather than the 10 o'clock viewing. So someone records and comes back to watch it at a later time within the first week of the episode release.

they r considering improved system n different target audience of tv.no hotstar yet.
