Daksh Plan will backfire

Ok Shivay will probably think that Daksh won his challenge and he feels betrayed and sad, and might cave in to his prejudice in believing the ONS. I think he will just hurt himself for not able to protect her from the creep and will start giving her a silent treatment.
According to him, Annika willfully submitted herself to this creep.

Daksh will further put him to the edge, and Shivaay will realize it is do or die situation for Annika, and jumps in to save her by marrying her at the last minute. He will marry out of his EGO and to repay what she has done for him during that case by giving an alibi.

But subconsciously he will not be able to accept her, and Annika will also have her own share of MU.

Why couldn't Shivay say about Daksh to Annika?
Why couldn't he just see Tia's true colors?
Why cannot he have trust on her and her virtue?
