Where was Shivaay?

According to the ACP, the murder probably happened between 12:30 am to 2:00 am.

Shivaay came home in the morning, mostly after 7 am.

So, where was he in the last 5 hours? From 2:00 am to 7:00 am?

What are the chances that of all the places he really went to see Annika? Because she won't lie like that, without any reason. And he also got his phone back. So?

But if she is lying, what's the explanation? Is she lying just because she has a hunch that Shivaay cannot kill anyone? What support does her lying have?

I don't think she is lying SanyaEterna. Because the way Sahil spurred her to go...he also knows that Shivaay came over there.

My guess is that he did go to meet her (before going to see Gayatri) which provides a good window between the time the murder was committed and when he went to the crime scene.

He can say that I did go to meet Gayatri...but by that time she was dead. So all the physical evidence becomes immaterial too. Basically, she gives him a strong alibi. I don't think Anika will lie. She has too much integrity for that.

I think he got delayed at Anika's for some reason..maybe his car broke down or something. And he stayed there for a couple of hours. Which may be used by Bua to show Anika in a bad light as seen in the sbs videos.

I think he came back home and fell asleep in those clothes...he might have been too tired. Because he came down and met his sulking family. Or it's possible he got stuck at Anika's house for some reason...heavy rain or something.

He was at Anika for sure might have fall asleep on her sofa and went home in the morning even Sahil was acting strange today I thought he don't like Shivaay? But Sahil and Anika were both sure Shivaay didn't commited this crime and why would Anika go help him just like that? And even if she lied what proof does she have? The phone isn't enough proof to convince anyone that Shivaay is innocent.

Shivaay also didn't said where he was he looked tense but he couldn't tell where he was I guess he didn't want Anika to be involved in all of this as it might runied her reputation and I think Bua recorded some video of them which also explain today segment.

I dunno why but I'm sure that Sahil met Shivaay.. finally.

The familiarity with which he spoke about him suggested that.

Here is a speculation-- that is definately NOT going to happen

Shivaay got two calls. I think one is from Gayatri and one is from the person who murdered Gayatri --calling from Gayatris phone and claiming to be her

Shivaay while getting out of d house must have realized his phone is with Anika.

May be he entered her house and some argument happened and they got locked in because of the door or lock jam

So he had to stay there locked in while sahil was at the other side of the door trying to get them out.

By the time this issue was sorted it was past the murder time and he then went to the crime scene
