My prediction on Chabbra's words...

In today's episode Chabbra's said that Shivaay will regret one day for being proud of his khaandaan and bloodline and will remember his words then...

So what I predict with this is that maybe Shivaay is an adopted son of Oberoi's as may be Pinky adopted him so that his son can be the chairman of Oberoi Empire and is revealed later on... Or maybe Annika is an illegitimate child and when Shivaay gets to know this he is all heartbroken...

Does anyone else too thinks so?

Frankly, I don't want him to be adopted or Anika be illegitimate. It would defeat the purpose this love story has been built upon. I want Shivaay to be an Oberoi, a 'blue-blood' and despite this accept Anika without-a-surname into his life willingly. If he is not an Oberoi then circumstances of his birth make him change his attitude, and I don't want that. Anika is without a surname and I like that. Being illegitimate also brings back your roots, even if society does not accept it. It shows that there is a background and a surname. I don't mind Gul bringing in a message through this Dev-illegitimate track but I really would like if Shivaay accepted he is wrong while being an Oberoi than due to being adopted. It would be like - now I am one of them so I respect them. Nada for me.
