Shivaay, me thinks if he was with Mallika, then he wasn't when he was.
If with Tia, then no cause he shows no intimacy with her, he showed us how he couldn't express his emotions to her when he hugged Anika by mistake, also Tia is on another planet.
When he gets together with Anika, he will continue to be one, as she is a traditional girl and the way he listening to her, he would respect her.
Coming to Om, with Ridds, I have never heard him say anything romantic to her yet he was good at lecturing Shivaay in the early days that you talk for hours as a couple and when the talk stops, love happens. And with Ishana he again will respect her as she may want to wait after marridge.
As for Rudra, lets not go there, but i think he is all talk, he flirts and goes out with girls but again won't go that far until he is married, again with Soumya it will respecting her wishes.
