I don't get this..

Why do Anika 'HAVE TO' return the money to oberois for which Shivaay bought the house from Bua?I mean didn't he make the lawyer run away with Anika's money,which she payed to get Sahil's custody? I know dono amount mein bohot fark hai but my point is if Anika have to return the money then why not Shivaay?Anika ka nuqsaan kaun pay kare ga?I mean Oberois k liye fazool paisa kharch karna bari baat nahi but Anika ki touh savings thhi and in top of that Shivaay ne apni marzi se apne paise duba diye but bechari Anika ka touh kaam bhi atak gaya aur pause bhi gaye

But dadi gave the house back to Sahil ( I believe the house is now registered under Sahil 's name Anika being a guardian)

true but dadi gave house back, so technically she kinda owes them atleast perhaps the difference in pay. but im sure shivaay wont make her pay

Chalo leave all this custody thingy as u said that House is registered under Sahil's name and Anika is the guardian,but that money was from Anika's savings and I want her money to be given back to her

Oh yes...It was Shivay who wanted trouble Anika and win over her by hook or crook so he bought her house...ideally Anika does not owe anything to him or Dadi, Sundri Bua does or Dadi should forget those 30 Lacs as Shivay brought the house wrongly but Anika being the good girl that she is takes responsibility of Sundri's wrongdoings too...doesn't make sense but this 30 Lacs might play a big role in Shivika marriage in future 😆
