His name is Mahesh Thakur and yes he played a parallel lead in Hum Saath Saath Hain, the sister in that movie was not as useless as Priyanka here and he was the sisters husband

Excluding this he also was the hero in 90s series like Tu tu main main, Thoda hai those ko zarooorat hai etc. he played loving dad in Sharart and Sasural genda Phhool, I always loved him, suddenly seeing him on a negative role was actually making me sad, but being a great actor he was making the character of Tej all the more attractive I am so happy they are showing his positive side as well 😳 😳

Couple name I guess Tevi has greater support
