Why is Deep not killing Tara?

I'm not understanding this.. What majboori is keeping him hooked to Tara.. he dances according to her tunes even after knowing she is psycho.. if he can kill Sudha or try to kill Chavvani etc, why is he keeping Tara alive..

Or if he is such a mastermind he could have sedated Tara & changed her face in plastic surgery.. why is he behind Aarohi & giving Royal treatment to Tara?😕

Exactly this is what i m not understanding why he is not killing tara may be he want raichand property as well along with anjali property😆i m saying from day 1 that he could have changed tara face to anjali why only arohi🥱what he want from her
