I had the same thought for a second...revenge ke liye toh yehi reason bacha hai...but why take revenge from Vansh directly then? Yeah Undesrtood she will be hurt as hey he took the blame and the punishment but I feel if they wanted to go that route then they wouldn’t have revealed Ishani infront of Vansh the other day....
