From the tidbits that we've gotten of Mishal's web series, we've learnt that the show's about three male characters and presumably their bond. Mishal's also said that his production house is targeting the youth and their interests to ensure that his show is a hit among the masses. I've thought of a few shows and movies that could be inspirational to Mishal in terms of the story. I obviously expect him to tweak the concept so its more original. 😉 This just gives us an idea of what we on the forum would be interested in watching. 😊

Workaholics

Hey Dazz,

I voted for Big Bang theory as to me it is very interesting, very tough acting especially the lengthy dialogues and the comic timings.. Love Sheldon's character. Would love to see how Mishal performs such role.

Having said that I am open to any of the listed ideas... The thing is we will get to see the man acting...

I too chose The Big Bang Theory, Ami! 👍🏼 I think Mishal, Dakssh, and Rohan are all very versatile actors that could do exceptionally well in a comical role. I'd love to see MR in a role similar to Sheldon's on the show. Rohan could play the character of Howard or Raj. It would be interesting to see Dakssh playing a soft character like Leonard. I also think it'd be amusing if our trio were to play three "nerdy" characters in their series. As much as I've liked ZNMD, it's the predictable choice amongst this list. 😳 It's also a very obvious story in this day and age for an Indian series about three friends. I have a feeling Mishal and his creative team are thinking outside of the box. 😉

I chose ZNMD ...the film explored the depth of relationships at many levels-between friends, lovers. The angst, the deep emotions of each character made it a great watch! I'm sure Mishal along with Rohan and Daksh would excel in the roles of the three friends.

BTW would love to watch MR play Amir's character in DCH...He would be brilliant!

It was a great film, Mag! 👍🏼 I think Hrithik's best pairing to date has been with Katrina. 😉 I actually liked how Katrina portrayed her character in ZNMD. 😊 I could see Mishal in Hrithik's role, Rohan in Farhan's role, and Dakssh in Abhay's role. 😳 I think our trio would do a fantastic job with a similar script. I agree, Mag! I was thinking of Mishal playing Aamir's character, Dakssh as Akshaye's character, and Rohan's enactment of Saif's character. I'll be honest, I still consider DCH as one of the best movies of its time. I remember it being a game changer in the world of cinema when it first came out. You can never go wrong with Aamir Khan. The man's a magician on celluloid! ❤️

My choices..Workcoholics & ZNMD...

I have not watched this series ( don't ask me why? ) 😆 . From the clip, it looks like an

Out & out comedy. With this trio, & a little tweaking to give it a desi feel,

I can only imagine how hilarious it can be.

Ofcourse adopting a theme similar to ZNMD would have many difft. Elements ...fun, romance,

Friendship, pain & anger...

The only element missing in both of these is Mystery...

But like Ami said, will suffice with anything just to watch Mishal act.

Mish, you're so sweet! 🤗 Since all of the excitement is around Mishal's upcoming web series, I say we utilize that energy on the forum. 😉 When I first watched the trailer of Workaholics, I thought the same thing. The concept could be tweaked to suit a desi audience. Like you, I too haven't ever watched this show before. I thought it would make for an interesting option on this poll. 😳 ZNMD did have mystery. The real purpose of the trip wasn't a bachelor adventure, but to search for Farhan's character's estranged father. 😊 Mag and you are both right in that the film had all of the elements of a successful production. 👍🏼 I agree with Ami. Anything to watch MR do what he does best!
