Was there any forensic investigation on munna's body?????

I am not getting the whole glass scenario ... I don't think dhani is accused of stabbing her husband with the glass piece... I mean she should not be

It is clear that he fell from the balcony ... So I think the discussion should be that did she push her husband or not!!!

I am liking the emotional roller coaster shown in the serial but am very disappointed with the way the case has been handled...😕

It seems as if they r fighting over dhani's character nd not the murder case...

The only thing happening is one lawyer is talking bad about her character nd the other lawyer in turn is bashing him up!!!😛

Not even a SINGLE solid evidence given by any of the lawyers...

Plzzz ikrs... Show some real stuff!!!!!!

Actually me too think this case is more on dhaanis character than the murder...no crosswuestioning,no proofs,evidences...nothing of that sort...they are using her status n pulling n stretching like a rubberband...

Regarding the forensic,read a spoiler whether true or not but he is going to prove through it...NOW if this was done before vich had been im sure...then y the hell police arrested her...dnt they check records orinvestigate before proceeding?+?

Yaa... If they have arrested her they must have investigated before...nd after investigation they should have come to know the truth...

What sort of forensic??? For that they atleast need the body...where will they get that from 😛

till now nothing has been mentioned as to for what precise reason Dhani has been accused. It is only said that she robbed and killed her hubby and on being caught out by Raja fled from there. We don't know as yet whether the charge is for pushing her hubby off the balcony or for stabbing him with the broken glass piece or both. This detail has never come to the forefront which should have been done in the first place instead there is only mud slinging on her character. Where is that glass piece by the way?

How does a person's character justify whether she has committed the crime or not is what my question is. Does it prove anything ? Or is it just their idea to make Viplav reveal his marriage that this maligning has been done?

This is no way to show a court proceeding! However still waiting to watch today's episode.

I agree. We all wanted an action packed drama in the court and what we see is an unmatured behaviour by all Tripathis and Avasthis in court. At least now judge should point out to these and the gaps by police to investigate the case before arresting and hence set dhani free of all allegations!!

It was not like any court Proceeding at all. It was more like cat fight in front of the Judge. Not sure based on what evidence the case was filed but the hearing looked more like defaming Dhaani

and Mahan aatma Dhaani was standing like a Statue and not replying to any of the questions.

hopefully today, Viplav will be able to prove that there are no other evidences against her and free her. I was expecting more from the CV's where Vakeel Babu will shown as a intelligent lawyer

but it was more on revealing everyone that he is married than murder case

The court case makes no sense at all, and viplav clearly didnt investigate enough..

first of Munna's post mortem report is missing.. If they had the report then im sure the report wouldve mentioned that munna was already dead when he fell on the glass table, dhani just took the shredded glasses off a dead body so she cant be accused of a murder.

Also the doctors must have discovered alcohol in munna's body during his death and from various tests they wouldve figured out that the guy was an alcoholic. Viplav couldve proved that if munna was never in his senses to be with dhani, he wsnt a good husband at all.

the kanpur cop to whom dhani/dulari went to that night could also be questioned.. because if dhani really committed the crime she would have never gone to the police station to file a complaint against domestic abuse.

If viplav wanted he could have checked Avasthi's bank accounts then he couldve proved that the family was faking the entire time and claiming to be rich..where as the truth was they lost their wealth in gambling.

Why would we waste our time to watch cloddish way of writing specially for court scenes..Frankly, people couldn't bear watching VIP in such gawky state. Since the show started they couldn't manage a proper justified handling for admissible procedures. I would be more glad if they supposed to drag tis track by showing VIP going for penetrated investigation rather mocking legalized issues.It's unbearable to watch shrewd VIP who was shown initially completely missed out now..They should have sustained at least a bit..
