Viplav broke a glass, took the glass piece and tried to slit the opponent lawyer's throat ...what if he takes this an example and prove that if dhani had to attack munna then she would attack his throat why choose stomach ? Or may be why did she have to break the glass from the table and then choose a big piece. He din't fall flat on the ground right then the table glass was broke due to his pressure and it pierced his stomach. Something like this can be shown viplav acting to attack and then prove his point in the process.

He can enact tv the murder scene definitely but not in the opponent lawyer. It would be fun if he can trick Raja to help him enact the scene with him and trap him to tell the truth in court by accident.

True if he enacts that good else he can lose his license as well...then what will he do? I hope he traps raja that guy and his family should be slammed with all sort of charges later which they very well deserve it.

Any way you look at it Swathi, what Viplav did in a courtroom was utterly not warranted.

The piece of glass theory should have been proven with first stating that this murder was an accident and it could go on from there.

Viplav threatening the Prosecutor with a broken piece is dumb when he has not even introduced that the fall off the balcony and Munna falling on the glass table is what killed him.

Viplav handled this very badly and Dhaani getting off this easily is nothing short of a miracle because the IK R S writers are not doing enough research and trying to solve this with silly histrionics in court.

True dolly ... how come nobody asked for the murder weapon or how did he get killed...i'm sure forensic dept must have investigated... a murder is a no joke and did the avasthi's tamper with the report or what...there are no details to the case...even if the judge is new he must have the entire situation before him to decide...He gave his judgement as soon as viplav attacked the prosecutor.

What in the world was viplav doing was beyond me today...where he has to maintain his cool he lost there...if this the way he handles each case 😆😆 then he better give up being a lawyer. The judge was new irky member for me😆

That is a brilliant and logical thought, and I do hope that the defense uses this one, dear Pearl. But you know, while watching these serials, we have to keep aside our brains and put them on ice, as there is often no logic whatsoever. The court case thus far, with the defense lawyer at the prosecutor's throat on more than one occasion, does not give much room for logic😆

In real life a lawyer cannot resort to such violent tactics in a court-he will be charged with contempt of court and he has to prove in other ways that Munna's death was accidental and not murder. Maybe the angle in which her fingerprints are imprinted on the glass piece shows that she could have extricated that piece but not stabbed with it. I don't knowhow they plan to show this but I have a feeling that it will be messed up big time.

By the way till now there is no concrete evidence shown to the lawyer-where is that broken piece of glass?Till now what we've had is only melodramatic talks and meltdowns in court.
