yes! they should change the time slot. They aren't even promoting the show like they do for other serials. changing time slot will definitely bring a rise in trp since many people will b able to watch it.

International timings are different in different countries.

the 6:30 om timing if nothing is safe in terms of having no strong competition on other channels.

With the 10:00 pm slot the competition for a channel is a lot and then you will have "Paatali devi" like tracks.

It is very hard to convince channels to change time slots. I would rather they promote the show like I see the kid show ads every time.

That is what I think...not an expert on this topic.
