We have to see yet other side (Vakil babu and orginal RAKSHAS ) .. He has not shown his orginal side yet (RAKSHAS ) ... Awaiting for the day ..

A person has so many layers to play in this character. This proves his versatility

I agree yet DB is larger than life character (once in life character ). VIP also ermerging as once in life character

I love Mishal as Viplav.

With full respect to your opinions. Even LTL was a slaw paced show.

No probs dear,😳 every character had it's own charm and flavour but definitely it will take time for viewers to accept it ..I'm wishing him all the best happenings!! 😃

I have not seen his previous show.

As Viplav he is doing wonderful job.His acting is flawless.

MR is a very good actor.Expression is too good.

I feel we should not compare one show to other show.

Here his character is different.and he is doing his role marvellous.

Hi Ankita, I loved Dutta with an intensity on another level, there are no words to describe how much that character touched me, and no denying it was Mishal's acting that made the character so loveable till date I just want more of Dutta wherever I can see or read about him BUT and it's a big but because even loving Dutta so much I did not want to see him in a similar role again Mishal as an actor needs to do different characters to show how versatile he can be, we all know it took him forever to take this role, b4 when fans were dying to see him in any show he refused because there wasn't enough for him to do... however I must say for me the show and story is still lacking in lots of ways, I am a regular watcher as it's Mishal who is like always giving his 200% he will do his best rest is on the show makers, I also hope they will make this a show people will remember for a long time to come at the moment it's no where near my expectations...

all others are doing a good job too, but simply speaking I would not have stayed if it wasn't for Mishal...

On a happy note it's good to see him being noticed by new people who are seeing and admiring him.

I have seen all mishal's previous show n he has always done serious angry young man role n he was perfect,i have always been his fan,but mishal doing viplav's chracter who is so full of life and cheerful was surprise for me,coz i never imagined him in this kind of role,but the moment i saw mishal as viplav i fell in love with mishal again,wow he just plays any charater so effortlessly,he looks so real n his smile is always plus point.For me mishal is perfect as viplav i don't remember akash,kush or dutta when he is playing viplav.

This show is of a completely different format than LTL...

LTL had an overall very strong cast with many veterans and many well written characters...so that made for an overall compelling watch.

And then there was Dutta himself...larger than life and one of his kind...he's sort of been immortalized in memory now.

For me personally, it's not that I'm expecting a Dutta when I watch MR again in a show...that is not the issue with Viplav...that he is not Dutta...the issue is with the overall writing and storyline...which frankly there is no point having any expectations from...the writing team just isn't that strong.

What works in the show is Viplav-Dhaani's dynamic...MR-Eisha work well off of each other and the spunky characters they've been given...MR clearly was yearning to break out of the Dutta image that has dogged him for many years and I'd say he's done a commendable job of making Viplav charming and endearing in his own way...

It's another matter that while I can enjoy Viplav, I will never be in awe of him like I was of Dutta...so I just view this seperately.

People who haven't watched MR's work before this won't be able to understand Dutta's impact...he was a first of his kind brooding gangster hero from that time...latter years simply had other cardboard copycat versions cropping up...so I can understand ppl being impressed by MR's acting seeing him first time as Viplav but they ain't seen nothing yet if they haven't seen him as Dutta...that was the absolute pinnacle of his acting, no two ways about it...the most amount of scope he got too writing/direction wise...Viplav is never going to come close to matching that...most of what makes Viplav worth watching comes from MR's own natural talent...the writing is not exactly much to write home about😆

can't compare to Mishal's previous roles, since this is the the first show I am watching with Mishal. Having said that I began to watch the show since the promos and the concept were interesting. I guess many of us think that the story is finally going the way it's meant to be. I did expect the lovestory will unfold slowly, but at the same time is has been dissapointing with some many misunderstandings as well. If you still feel is boring then nobody is forcing you to watch the show. It's all up to you after all.

See although Laagi would drag at times, it was Dutta who Mishal portrayed perfectly that would keep the audiences glued to the screens. These days shows are pulled off air only after a few months if they don't perform well. I've waited years to see Mishal back on a show. I don't Want it to be pulled off air just because of TRP numbers. Coming to Mishal portraying different characters if we see all his previous work he's got the most success and appreciation for portraying dutta. Maybe I'm being selfish but I think portraying the angry young man is his niche and that's what suits him.

I haven't seen MR's previous shows so I can't comment much. But, Dutta will alway be an iconic character 😊 from what I've heard about that character.

Viplav is an amazingly sketched character and that's why MR took this character on and he's doing a wonderful job with his flawless acting ability. MR is one of the best actors on the market and which shows his versatility to play different characters.

You can't compare actors to previous shows as those were completely different characters and show. However, I do respect your opinion 😊
