I dont know about Kamsa! Till now whatever I have read/Seen it points out about his birth as Dantavakra! Which source say that he took birth as Kamsa? 😕

Is this correct?

I think this was shown in RSR

Was it shown in ASR.?

There are two prominent versions of Sita harana, Nandini.
1) Valmiki Ramayan says that the real Sita was kidnapped by Ravan because she was born as a human and suffered like a human to bring about his destruction. Ram and Sita sufferend like humans in this version of Ramayana so that people could relate to their characters.
2) In Ramcharitmanas, Ram and Sita were divine in conduct though they were born as humans. In RCM Sita's shadow (chhaya sita) was kidnapped while Ram sent real Sita to live with Agni dev for some time. Sita would be Agni dev's sister, because both Agni and Sita were Goddess Earth's children. Ravan kidnapped chhaya Sita and after Ravan was killed, Agni dev returned the real Sita to Ravan.
RSR showed Ramcharitmanas version of the story and ASR showed Valmiki Ramayan version of the story. Both are beautiful in my opinion so whatever your heart believes is the accurate one, since we will never know for sure just what happened.😊

Even I believe Sishupala and Dantavakra were the next avatars after Ravan and Kumbhakarn, but there are some sources that say Kamsa was one, I don't remember exactly which one.
Bhagavatham says Kamsa was the avatar of Kalanemi, who was a demon killed by Vishnu in his previous life. Here's the citation.
"O King, when the demon Kalanemi, who was carried by a lion, saw that the Supreme Personality of Godhead, carried by Garuda, was on the battlefield, the demon immediately took his trident, whirled it and discharged it at Garuda's head. The Supreme Personality of Godhead, Hari, the master of the three worlds, immediately caught the trident, and with the very same weapon he killed the enemy Kalanemi, along with his carrier, the lion. Purport: "Kalanemi and all the other demons were killed by the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Hari, and when Sukracarya, their spiritual master, brought them back to life, they were again killed by the Supreme Personality of Godhead." Srimad-Bhagavatam 8:10:56
"In his previous birth Kamsa was Kalanemi, a demon killed by Visnu. Consequently, Kamsa became a great enemy to all the descendants of the yadu-vamsa, the Yadu dynasty. He even arrested and imprisoned his own father, Ugrasena, for Kamsa wanted to enjoy the kingdom alone."

Here's the next question. After Kumbhakarna died, Ravan sent four of his sons to fight Ram and Lakshman. All four sons died at their hands on the same day. Who were those sons of Ravan?

Both the things are correct nandini! It depends upon how do you take it and what your devotion allows you to believe! There are several things written in different versions of Ramayana, No one knows what is true and what not, It all depends upon the Devotees that what they believe!
Two major Versions of Ramayana points out about these two Different things, While Valmiki Ramayana which is said to me the major and oldest version says that Ravana abducted the real Sita since he described that Ram and Sita suffered like real Human beings, RCM written by Tulsidasji which is read is every home says that Ravana never even touched real Sita, by the time Ravana was planning to abduct Sita, Ram exchanged her with her shadow and has given the Real Sita to agni Dev! And after killing Ravana when Sita came back he asked her to give agni Pariksha. It was an agni Pariksha infront of whole world but in reality he was taking his actual Sita back from Agni Dev!

Some versions even say that Chaya Sita was actually Vedvati, who cursed Ravan that she will be the reason of his destruction, But personally I think that Vedvati is no one else but an another form of Lakshmi who has taken Rebirth on Earth as Sita for taking her revenge with Ravana! I dont believe on the version of Chaya SIta being Vedvati! 😳
So now you understood? It is all how you take it otherwise there are more than 3000 versions of Ramayana available all saying a slight different story!
RSR shown RCM version while ASR shown the mixture of both. While they have shown Ram saying lakshmana that he wanted to take his real Sita back, they have shown Ram behaving with Sita during agni pariksha as written in Valmiki Ramayana!

I do remain so confused in the names of his sons 😳 But I think that day he sent Atikay (Son of Dhanayamalini) Narantak, Devantak and Trisara. He also sent Akampan that day who is also being killed. Right?
