I think Alisha was more upset with the possibility of Chang leaving, because she broke down after Chang left. Though seriously you bring up an important point: perhaps judges then need to be more consistent with their comments.

How come they say that one person deserves to be first female Indian Idol (Anu Malik's and Alisha's comment to Ankita after her performance in this week's Gala), and then say something different in the elimination round. No wonder the public is getting confused and is voting erratically.

All 3 guys are very good buddies and are unanimous that Ankita should leave. Poor ANkita for no fault of her own, was forced by Sony to name one person who should go and she named Emon. Its definitely not going to go well with anyone and there is a very very ice cold war soon. The format is also such that they are all forced together to make stage shows, pose infront of camera showing how great team they are. These things will be especially taxing for delicate, compassionate Ankita. The healthy competition is a good thing but unhealthy surroundings is not.

3 guys wanting ankita to leave the competition wont even make a slight difference to her voting..

her fans are strong..they will vote n save her if they want..fans wudnt even bother wht others speak abt her or wht judges speak..they will make sure they vote her anyhow..if they are her fans..

And about the golden heart thing i totally disagree. She's a selfish girl and a loner. And it shows on tv. remember wen parleen was leaving he was trying to hug her but she pushed him away. And she doesn't get along with other contestants girls or boys cz she's too competitive but it's a thing line between competition and being selfish. Well i can say a lot more but it's enough for now

She may not have received standing ovation but has received superlative comments and judges go gaga over her performance. Infact, Aap Jaisa Koi is already appreciated due to her own creative rendering. Adding suitable hurakats , deviating from regular rendering is very difficult . No other contestant on II has done this. Others try to follow faiithfully what was sung before but making song your own is a great feat and has taken Ankita to dizzying heights over others.

Thanks buttercup. I am not worried about outside support as much as her own mental state due to animosity. She is a very friendly person and she needs good company to keep excelling in her performance.
