Ya Amu , I grew up listening, breathing, eating , sleeping Rabindrasangeet😃..yeh bhi koi poochhneki baat hai???😃..

Although , like my parents and sisters, for a long time my favorites were Suchitra Mitra , Debabrata Biswas , sagar sen , sumitra sen et al....but somehow I like the the voices of today's singers like Srikanto, Indrani, Indranil sen et al better ...it's fresh and is not stereotyped ..not to mention srikanto and Indrani are awesome classical trained allround singers😃 ....

Let me say few lines in Tagore's style:

connection with the listeners/ audience ....Be it Kishore kumar , asha bhonsle, or Sonu Nigam... when u listen to their songs ,u can feel it .....they don't have to dance around to be extraordinary😃

6. If u go out to see a movie and u hv a choice between a comedy english movie or a comedy bolloywood movie?

It's hard to say ...If it was a choice between romantic movies I would say bollywood without a blink ...but real comedy is hard to come by, in Bollywood ...once in a while a Hera pheri ( 1st one) or a Munnabhai comes and sweeps us off our feet ... so may be I'll lean more towards a Robin Williams movie than a Bollywood movie

7 why do u think most of the singer from reality show hv not been able to make mark in the flim industry even after good crtically review from the judges.

I think nowadays people are getting fame too easily thru these reality shows when they are not even 20 and then they want to become famous overnight .....winning the reality show or be in top 5 is just the beginning ...20% of the task is done ...o.k yesterday nobody knew you ..today millions know u thanks to the cable and internet ....then what??? then they want to do shows not in India but abroad day in and day out ( getting whooping at least 1 lakh a show) and expect somebody will give u a playback singing offer !!!!!!!!!.....I am not talking about everybody but most don't do Riyaz the way they should ..today u r in bangalore , tom u r in dubai , day after London ..where is the time to practice???????....Sonu nigam still practices several hrs a day ....Shaan said in an interview that he tries to atleast do 3 hr riyaz if not more .....and these newbies want to compete with such established and trained singers like sonu, alka, shaan , shreya, Sunidhi, Kunal , kay kay, kailash just like that ??????? I don't think so....the reality show winners got their 15 mins of fame but to make it longlasting , they have to practise , practise and more practise ....work harder, show perseverence, believe in themselves and move ahead ...there is nothing called free meal ..we know that..they should know it too.....

Girl- Nihira Joshi

Boy- N.C. Karunya ...

and this is purely based on singing and singing alone...why ???? Because as Sonu Nigam said for Karu and ID said about Nihira ...no matter how much u try u will never find these 2 faltered in sur once....and the best part about them how they sing the high notes effortlessly without changing their facial expressions😛.. example : Karu's saiiyonee and lagan lagan lagi and Nihira's Hare Rama Hare Krishna ..she sang both ashaji and Usha uthup's part in same breath changing octaves !!!!!!!!wow !!!!!!👏 👏👏

10. Which kind of song acc to u is the best song that a singer should chosse in order to get the best out of him ?

they should choose songs according to their personalities and the extent of their classical training ....😃

11. Which show will give u the best singers II or srgmp or voice of india

As I said II gave us Karunya and SRGMP gave us Nihira ...so that particular best singer might come from either camp .. now srgmp fans don't jump on me and come up with names like shreya, Kunal and all ...I am comparing with II remember ??? which started 2 years ago ...😉( although I am a huge srgmp fan but I hate this constant comparisons 😕)
