hehe yea i can see u've never seen abhi perform b4 otherwise u wudn't be talkin so negatively. he certainly is a great singer and a great human being. i dont think there's any reason y abhi cudn't choose this song. he wasnt takin part in a competition that he had to be perfect in each n everyway...he was just there to lighten the mood and the atmosphere and what better way then to sing a fast track, patriotic song. i think it was a good choice. daler mehndi's songs r indeed different but that doesnt mean other singers r only allowed to sing them if they sing it to perfection! that's absurd! even great singer like sonu and others attempt other singers songs and sometimes don't do as well as the original...that doesnt mean they sudn't have sung that song at all. sometimes entertainment is all that is needed to lighten the atmosphere and this was one of those times.

Fans of abhi...it is nice to support your idol but that doesnt mean you can be so blind and blatantly ignore when he sang so badly.Be truthtful and accept it with grace if he has sung it so badly that it is unpardonable.He knows the nation is watching and he is the IDOL and you have to live up to your TITTLE.No excuses if you have made a mistake it is a mistake.

OMG...i've been constantly saying that yes his singing was not upto his mark...but my replies are to all those who are saying that abhijeet is a complete besura and that he's not a singer and he can't sing....
