Obvioulsy this international format will never work for India. As people only vote for their regional representative.

What i think they shud do is, they shud change the format to suit India. At this rate we may have a really horrible Indian Idol that we will be stuck with!

Look at Qazi and Debojit.......they won giving a run to damn good singers like Hemachandra, Rex and Arjit Singh

What are they waiting for?

Voting shud still happen..........But the judges shud have the LAST say! What are they there for!

For example:........Lets say if Karunya. Sandeep and Anuj were in the bottom three...........The judges wud agree on one contestant and take them out of the bottom three and save them!!!!

That way, good performances will never be wrongfully judged

Yeah I agree.The international doesnot work here in India.The ppl abroad are very very sensible and vote on the basis of music but the Indian junta are biased,and will be biased and that will never change I am sure

Yes, it's true.
They must change there voting pattern. public can give votes, but judges must have upper hand than public.
This is an request for all shows whether it is on zee or sony or any channel where public voting is there.
Don't give all rights to public, above them one final authority should be there.
according to me each & every person doesn't know about singing so some goes on x-factors, some goes on looks, some on smiles etc. etc. & that's why good singers suffer like this. i always watch sa re ga ma pa, fame gurukul, & indian idol same things r going on. we should stop them. & this is the only way to stop.

I liked the fame gurukul method. Judges put the weakest contestant and Janata votes for their favorite...but the flaw in it was dat the contestants were allowed 2 vote too...

Watever you suggested in good...The judges should be allowed 2 save one of the contestants in bottom three...No one will have a complaint if this was the criteria

are you kidding me !! tell me was following items included in format
(1) recall
(2) letting anybody to join II3 final (direct entry)
(3) open Voting line after the 1st players performance
(4) voting line open till next day 9.30
(5) no toll free number so no free votes all votes brings revenue

i totally agree wid all who say that the format shud change . we r not worthy of the right 2 vote . i think after the performances the judges shud rate the contestant or give him or her points and the aggre4gate or the sum of thevoting and the judges rating shud give the result. and i hope next time they do not disclose the regions of the finalists and rather give them a complete episode 2 tell their background wen they r voted out

I think they shud have 3 galas with ALL 12 contestants

So we as audience can see if they improved or deproved or if they are not worthy of being there!

They should have the same voting system like they did on Nach Baliye (Star One). The judges and Janta had a 50-50 choice. They gave each contestants marks and then the janta was allowed to vote over the period of next 2 days. Then they would tally the choice of the janta and the choice of the judges and base the winners on the average. That would be a great !!!!

if everybody is agree of this thought i.e. change the format. then we should approch the head person of all these shows. so he/she would be able to understand what we r trying to say.
do u know any of the head members like Mr. Gajendra singh. so we can try to convay the same to them & we hope they will take care of this.
