Their fans are voting for them, just like Amey and Karunya who has fans and patrons, Sandeep and Anuj too have fans and who love them. Amey's school campaigned for him and asked students to vote for him and I am sure so does other contestant's wellwishers also.

Indian Junta is 1 Billion people of diverse ethnic, religious and cultural moorings! It has a complex social structure. What the city-breds or NRIs love may not be the ones loved by the moffussils, that does not mean we insult them and their intelligence.

All these kids have a dream and each are pursuing it just like Amey Date or Antara Mitra. I am sure each will make their space under the sun and shine. Instead of wasting time in complaining perhaps they should work harder to acheive their targets.

One thing they should do in Indian Idol is keep the city the contestant is from a secret.... whether the person if from delhi, mumbai or any other city... Atleast people might vote for talented people, if they dont know where the person originally lives...
