Have you noticed....

Is it just me or has anybody else noticed that Antraa does not look like a small town girl despite the hype she is getting.No amount of make up or makeover can give the kind of style and confidence she is showing if somebody picks you up from tiny village and puts you in the limelight. It takes years of exposure to exude that kind of attitude and personality. Look at the way she speaks english,carries her make-up and hairstlye.Please notice her walk and talk when she is on the stage.......she does not look like "Gaon ki chori" to me. May be her grandma lived in that village and she visited her often..........may be ,just maybe.....

I wondered about that myself 😕
But, i think she is talented anyway... 😃

ya she is a very confident and a very talented girl and its hard to believe that she is infact from a village. she looks like any other girl who lives in a city.

She is illeterate since she is from village though she is doing English Honours nw....

Since she is from village she may be beggar too Though she says II-1 is her inspiration....

She is doing fake cry too though her new year resolution is never to cry...

She is very weak in singing Though anuji says he found his playback singer...

Did'nt mean to offend anyone including Antara....it was just an observation.We are not talking about money or education here ...Ofcourse people from small villages have reached great heights.I was talking about make-up and the grace with which she carries her outfits.Even her walk is just like a model on a cat-walk !So relax...not a word was said against her talent.

i agree.. she is not gaonthi at alll..

first of all she is not shy.. which is soo wierd..
she is has no problems talkign in public and that too in english..
very confident for a villger
not at all camera conscious...
is not uncomfortable in modern clothes..
stage presence.. where did she learn that..

Relax..I don't think u have anything to apologize for.....whtever u said was 100% true...and it's just an observation...Antara doesn't look like a small twn girl..coz she isn't...she's studyin in Kolkata and is doing her english honors..and tht's a very big city..so obviously she's got to have some exposure to urban lifestyle....i agree tht she may belong to small twn but she's definaltely had city exposure...and it shows

Sumesh looks like Antara clean bowled you 😉 jk ... she is good and just she speaks english and she changed her style doesnt mean she is not from village ...some people pick up everything fast and she might be very sharp who knows....but one thing is for sure after coming to sony dont know about singing but look wise they improve a lot 😛

So people from villages can't be confident? 😕 😕 Does confidence come from where one's location? Why would she or any of the contestants be shy? Why is that weird? I'm sure if she was shy on stage, people would question why she's in II2. At least she performs with confidence, it justifies her presence in II2. Both gals need to stay in this competition and the weaker singers need to leave.
