28 finalists??

Hey guys,

Just wondering...28 finalists have been selected so how are they gonna divide them into 3 groups??... If they do so, 1 group will have an extra participant which would be unfair to the group in terms of competition..

I think they are gonna have 4 groups of 7 each and since there are 12 finalists (instead of 11 last time), we will have 3 finalists from each group making that figure 12.

What do u thnk??

They cud do this to get more votes from d janta...

i think they will select12 first.there will be 4 groups of 7 each.
2 of groups 7girls(each) and 2 groups of 7 boys.

3 (girls and boys )will be chosen from each group, totalling 12.

out of remaining 16 ,judges will select a few(6-7)BEST OF REST.we will have to vote in 2 more.same as last year thats how amit sana and aditi paul made it!

But then u would end up with 14 finalists instead of 12!! So i dont think the judges will choose their favs this time around!!

Any opinions??

hmm...that's puzzling

I think there won't be any wildcard this time. (the judges fave thing)

I think they are following the American Idol 2005 Format. If so then this is how it will be

Tonight all 14 boys will perform tonight. Then public will vote, tomorrow 2 or more boys will be eliminated.
This will go on till we get our 6 male finalists.
Then the same will happen with the girls & when we get our 6 female finalists maiking a total of 12 contestants, we will get to the "gala" rounds & then there will be regular elimination, then any sex can be voted off.

This is only IF they are followin AI4
