Well two songs of Parineeta are plagiarised, and Munnabhai MBBS is much more fun...

But I love melody (plagiarised bhi chalta hai!) - so I'll go for Parineeta!

And I already answered your question abotu Paans - Narayan Narayan Narayan, i.e. Udit NARAYAN! He sang with proper Banarasi style!
