I am finding the song selection to be VERY BORING this season! Can they please sing some new songs?

I like older songs but it seems like thats all their doing 😕 Some of the contestants are picking really boring songs that have been sung TO DEATHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Please SING BETTER SONGS!!!! I need to hear songs that have excitement in them!

omg .. i'm loving all the songs the contestants sing!! so much melody in them .. it's the older songs in which the contestant could be "challenged" and not the new ones!! .. you can so tell javed akhtar loves them all too!! hehe .. you can prob blame the song selection on the public who i assume choose for them? if you hear hussain/chang on the show, they mention how people can choose a song they want a contestant to sing ..

but yeah, i love them! 😃

I did not know that the audience can choose a song for the contestants to sing. Good to know =)

.. yep only for people in india!! .. theres a radio station called big fm i or it might be another station where they offer people to choose the songs they'd like contestants to sing!! .. shudve been an online feature with a voting system .. would be interesting!!

See in Indian Idol 2 and sometimes in Indian Idol 3...when a contestant was starting to sing a song...there would be an "exitement"....and i would be saying to myself "how are they going to sing this song?

I have not felt that once this season.

For example. Mohit's "Oh Hanseeni"....What kind of song is that? I hate that song.

not when Kishore da sang it ,that was sheer romance.....so why blame the song?😊
