grandpa

.....so i know that this really doesn't make as big a deal in teh grand scheme of things, but am i the only here who thinks that the actor who plays teh grandpa isn't really up to par with the character? i mean, from what i understand based on teh dialogues and stuff, i get the impression that the grandpa is supposed to be this jolly punjabi granddad with a heavy punjabi accent and cute and happy and all that.......kinda like daddu from kareena kareena......i mean, i'm not saying that the actor doesn't act well, but i just feel that he doesn't play the role of grandpa well. and it's so easy to tell that the actor is not punjabi- like, the directors could've at least gotten someone who knows how to do a punjabi accent.

well he is more of aperson brought up in punjab n lived in mumbai... so such things happen.... but i feel he does justice to his character....

Well he plays the charecter quite well. Besdies he's supposed to be a ounjabi settled in mumbai. Not all punju's seattled here spk constantly in punjabi, or act as eccentric as those that actually come from punjab.
So I think he's doing a good job.

I think Anang Desai is perfect as Grandpa...... I cant imagine anyone else in his role... he's flawless.........
