Chap 11 - Humdard

Aryan was speechless for the first time in his life. He wasnt man to ever held his head down, but today he was standing with head hanging. She is right, just because she is woman, assumption are easily made, judgements passed like charity.

He went near to stop her hands from throwing things around , he doesnt have rights but he wants to help her. Make it better. Only she knows what pain she went through.

She brushed his hands off, but he didnt back down. “Please I am sorry” and then he hugged her . To be there for her, the torture she went through. She tried free herself but he made his hold tighter. “I am really sorry, you might not believe me but let me help you atleast find who is bothering you now” He said. She gave up and hugged him back, finally feeling free after months of guilt and burden.

They realized the position they were in , they separated quickly feeling awkward. Imlie felt light butterflies when he hugged her but she brushed that feeling away.

“Um can you text me the number, I will tell my team to find out. Please dont say no, let me help you”

Imlie nodded, “Sorry for the outburst but i just couldnt take it anymore” she said awkwardly still feeling weird about hug.

He nodded , “Look we both are caught in this weird complex situation or circumstance whatever you can call it. Once again am sorry Imlie. And Please come back to work” He asked hoping she wouldnt say no.

“Ok” she nodded and after that he left. Imlie felt relieved that finally it was out . Then she thought about the hug. It was friendly hug but when he hugged her she felt different. Its weird, but she felt those butterflies , with that thought she fell asleep.

Next day, she went to work as usual, most of her colleagues were happy to see her. Next couple days went fine without any incidents. She and Aryan were friends again so much so he invited her to go on trip. She reluctantly agreed , he said he will call couple more people as well.

That night while sleeping , a hand crept up on her hands then towards her cheeks. She woke up but her mouth was gagged, this time she fought. The masked man tried to hold her hands but she kept flinging her hands and was able to get this mask off. Her eyes went wide, her sound was muffled. She fell unconscious, the guy was frustrated that she knew , he picked her and took her with him.

When Imlie woke up, she was in a bedroom . But she was tied to a chair, she tried releasing herself but the rope was too tight. There was cloth on her mouth, she tried screaming and moving the chair resulting to fall on floor with the chair. She was crying hysterically, she saw shoes walking near her and looked up angrily.

Aryan looked down at her smiling with no emotion. A devil in disguise she thought. But why? He knows everything.

“Imlie, what you did baby? Lag gai na?” He picked the chair and set it straight. He knelt in front of her but she kept her face away from

Him.

“Baby look her” he said laughing

“Ummmm” was all she could voice out. “Why!” She was trying to say.

“I am not Aryan” She looked at him frowning at the revelation.
