I believe Imlie's best support system is her ABP and nobody can take that place ever. Thinking too much won't lead anywhere. I believe makers have hit a googly . It is better to just watch without expectations and BD can surprise me by turning positive if she is. But she is entertaining for sure with her hashtag lines. I believe this is a good track , unpopular opinion maybe. So promo has come true so far . Either Imlie is indeed pregnant or really not . Anything is possible . Have decided to stay away from forum or Twitter for now .

There's indeed an infertility track coming up as per the promo, unless the channel & PH has decided to change the track seeing the backlash. But, if not it, then what else is there to bring in the required angst if Jyo gets exposed now and Narmada turns positive. I am not thinking too much about anything now. I am just enjoying one episode at a time. Anyhow, I hope by the end of this week we will get to know what's in store.
