1. When Aditya first started to fall for Imlie

2. When he realizes he is in love with Imlie

3. When he first confesses.

1. that a journey that span across 120 episodes.

2. consciously during the second PD trip.. may be from episode 90--115

3. He has not yet said the actual words if that's what you mean though has implied many times from 100 episodes onwards

But to actual feel the beauty of this show, you need to see the journey as that what makes his realization and the intensity of his feelings, a treat to watch.😊

Go through all the episodes and feel the love , there is no specific episode where one can answer your questions.

Q1: As others here have said, it happened over a period of time....there is no particular moment to pinpoint.

Q2: He realized he loves her in Epi 104, but he's kinda still in denial even after that for a bit😆

Q3: He confesses his love to her in Epi 109 but again, it's not a typical confession if you are looking for the definite words of "main tumse pyar karta hoon".....he does however manage to convey to her what she means to him.
