About the break up, I will not be surprised if Aditya starts dancing after Malini leaves the room in today's episode. 😆Look at the way he purposely kept blank expressions on his face when he agreed to break up. It must be so hard for him considering the happiness he must have felt at that moment. Being a serious patrakaar has all been worth it for this very moment, he could enact indifference and not show any outward reaction. This is the best that could have happened to him and for the audience too. He will now get some space to sort out the mess with his family and Imlie and make a plan of action to deal with the Chaturvedis.

Frankly kabhi kabhi mujhe lagta hai he very well knows these sides of her nature and that is why he lets her think things are her idea whenever he wants to extract himself from her nonsense without too much tamasha😆.....ki sochne do isko ki she was the right one in the whole situation as long as end result toh mil jaaye😆....this "break" scene felt like that only.....the way he paused, turned the idea over in his head and responded with a "Aap sahi keh rahi hain"🤣....He knows that is THE catchphrase to make Malini agree....just give her that lollipop so that she doesn't change her mind and actually leaves😆

@bold - Lol. I think so too. She has no clue who Aditya is at all or about the reality. I really hope we get atleast a week’s break. I’m done with the screaming matches for a while. There is no point in talking to people who are as hare-brained as Malini is right now about reality.

I was telling this on another thread - I just want one episode of Aditya Imlie only. No other characters. *sigh*

I really hope Imlie sideline herself from Malini if she cannot fight her cause lady is all ready to use Imlie as punching bag without any remorse..

Her whole jhatphat is to hear from Aditya's mouth that he loves her and she is more important than anything else, even Imlie and she is not getting that. Hence her restlessness is increasing exponentially every time Aditya has shot her down.

Where Malini’s need for assurance about Aditya is concerned - I do not know man. It is like she’s trying to beat a dead horse knowing the horse is dead or rather non-existent in this case. I feel she only wants the marriage because it fits into her concept of an ideal. Like knowing you have mud on your face but going ahead with applying make up on it thinking it is a natural concealer.

By the way, Pankaj actually told Imlie’s story in about one sentence yesterday - You did not do anything wrong. You were just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

If only he knew how accurate he was being 😆

Let's see if he sticks to the same point when the truth is revealed and his oh so "angelic" bahu Malini still berates Imlie😛.

Tripathis better find some spine then or their silence will be complicity in Malini's misbehavior.

I don't know how much he will be able to sort out the mess in this "break" period 😆.....but yes, some space from Didi ki ghatiya baatein is badly needed.

And he will really have to brace himself better for the next round of tamashas from both Mrs. C 1.0 and 2.0 both.....1.0 ko handle karne ki toh aadat ho gayi hai ise, he can't let 2.0 catch him off guard as she did to the extent in this fight with using Imlie as a wedge.....he should be better prepared for that next time to step up for Imlie.

Absolutely not. Spine ka matlab jaanne se pehle they need to understand how to get out of that deep hole of inferiority complex they willingly slosh around in.

Haha I doubt we will be that lucky😆....for now, I'll happily take even a 5 minute Adi-Imlie scene that doesn't revolve around this done to death status quo of sach bataayein/na bataayein.....please give them some new banter for a change, some other topic to talk about....bahut hi zyada heavy kar diya hai.

Heck, Adi hasn't even gotten the chance to ask her how her first day at college was beyond all the drama.....sigh

Like they have nothing in their lives other than managing the toddler-brain that is Didi....please spare us for a bit atleast.

Adi's deadpan face was actually worth it when he said "ok, we need a break." 😆I mean, after so much exhaustion, didi was still expecting the benefit of doubt out of him.
