If Alvira is not sahir's real mother, then she isn't arzoo's mother in law right? Then why does she call her ammi? Am I right or clueless about relatives? 😕

Well... if she is Sahir's mother in law then Arzoo is like a daughter to Alvira... so maybe thats why the ammi thing came up.
Or it was just another way of Alvira to manipulate Arzoo... not sure.
