{ Humsafars 23rd January 2015 Written Update }

The episode starts with Vikram mocking the story he was told about Zeenat missing when Zaki was bring her home but then reappears at the house without anyone noticing her. He tells them that they've narrated a story that's perfect for making a film. Kurti Apa gets irritated and says no one is happy that her daughter is back home safe and sound. Vikram asks whether Zeenat has enmity with anyone and Kurti Apa indirectly talks about Arzoo citing that Zeenat has a load of enemies. Vikram asks her to elaborate on what she's saying but Kurti Apa shuns him off and tells him to inquire about everything himself. She then mentions about the attack on Zeenat while in America which gets Vikram thinking. She blames Arzoo and says everything is her fault because Zeenat got attacked on the day Sahir and Arzoo got married. She asks Vikram to ponder on what she's told him and leaves to attend to Zeenat. Lost in his thoughts; Vikram turns around and finds Arzoo there. He tells her he's thinking about how and why Zeenat got attacked on the day she got married to Sahir. Arzoo voices her tension and concern but Vikram promises her that he will rectify everything. He leaves from there and Alvira is shown aware of what they had spoken of. While Arzoo stands tensed, an old servant warns her and tells her not to trust anyone in the house especially Kurti Apa. He tells her he believes that Kurti Apa is the one behind the attacks. He also tells her not to let go of her rights as the bahu and motivates her to fight for her rights. The servant then tells Arzoo to go and look after Sahir.

Sahir is shown on the phone talking to Dr. Khurana and tells him that they have to keep Zeenat under observation at all times. Arzoo is shown looking at him and thinking that Zeenat had been in a coma for 7 years and no one is believing what she's saying. She thinks to herself that Sahir hid the whole truth from her and he must be hiding so much pain and so many wounds from her. She is determined to find out everything about Sahir's life. She walks into the room and attempts to put a reassuring hand on his shoulder. Unaware of her presence in the room; Sahir leaves before Arzoo places her palm on his shoulder. This leaves Arzoo sad and disappointed.

Arzoo walks into her room and is shocked as she finds Zeenat opening her eyes and smiling at her. Unable to bear what she saw; Arzoo rushes out of the room and bumps into Sahir. Out of shock and fear, she hugs him and tells him about Zeenat opening her eyes and smiling. Sahir tells her that Zeenat can open her eyes but she can't hold anyone's hand. Arzoo reminds Sahir he said that he would believe her and Sahir tells her that he believes her but what she's saying cannot be medically proven. He asks her to accept Zeenat as a big part of his life's truth. Arzoo looks at him speechless. They both look at Zeenat and Arzoo again tells him that she's speaking nothing but the truth. Kurti Apa walks in and shouts at Arzoo asking her to leave the room. Kurti Apa's tone angers Sahir and while Arzoo starts gathering her belongings, Sahir stops her. Arzoo tells him that she'll shift into the guest room and Kurti Apa also asks her to leave because Sahir's room belongs to Zeenat. However, Sahir takes Arzoo's belongings from her and places them back telling her she'll stay in the room. Kurti Apa is left in shock as she asks Sahir what he's doing. He tells er Arzoo has a right to stay in the room and when Kurti Apa asks about where Zeenat will reside; Sahir tells her that Zeenat will be in the guest room because she requires special medical attention throughout. Kurti Apa is angered and says that she'll take care of Zeenat. She leaves them behind after telling them they can stay in their "Taj Mahal" together. Arzoo tells Sahir she thought that he didn't believe her and Sahir says he doesn't believe her. He tells her that it's their room and even though they are both stubborn and fight but it doesn't mean that they'll stay in separate rooms. Arzoo thinks to herself and asks why he stood up for her. She says she feels good when he shows his right on her. She promises herself to expose Zeenat in front of everyone and gain Sahir's trust.

Sahir goes to Nausheen and she tells him that she's leaving very early in the morning. She tells him she doesn't feel like leaving but she also can't stay there with them anymore. She says that Arzoo will have to fight on her own when she leaves and Sahir asks her not to worry about Arzoo. He says that Arzoo is his wife and he promises to protect her. He wipes Nausheen's tears and promises her that he will always try and keep her happy. He hands over the house documents to her and tells her that he's giving it with a son's right. Nausheen calls him her son and he calls her 'ammi'. He apologizes for hurting her and Nausheen forgives him. Sahir asks her to think that she now has a son. Nausheen keeps the house documents. Sahir tells her not to forget that the house she's leaving is also her daughter's home. Nausheen smiles and blesses him.

Sahir writes poetry with his blood and thinks about the promise he made to Zeenat. He says that he hasn't been able to fulfill the promise and Zeenat has returned/ He blames himself for the misery in Arzoo's life. He says that she's trapped in his life's conspiracies. He pierces his finger with the pen and cuts himself. Arzoo wakes up in a start and stops him from hurting himself. She tells him that she won't grant him the permission to punish himself. Sahir intently looks at her.
