Actually I agree with you...mostly everybody would ...she has lost focus ... its becoming difficult to empathise with her. Also in the spoiler where they show KA blaming Aarzoo for being pregnant, you can see that Sahir has tears in his eyes😭 , he is really hurt this time and doesn't look like he will take her side at any cost. But if he does throw her out of the house, the tables get turned and although the mistakes are all hers , he will land up apologising to her again😡 when the MU is cleared. I am tired of this already
