Arzoo is certainly falling fast...

U have a point...

This is my theory... Sahir loved her but Zeenat loves someone else who at that time was more successful than Sahir... she threw him this challenge...but somehow still married Sahir... but Sahir came to know that she was cheating him! So, the family thinks he has become this way because Zeenat had the accident, he has actually become this way because of her infidelity
