3-hisreal mother ( coz most of ppl feel alvira is not his sagi maa) is suffering from some serious disease

But all these situations does not fit well with gorky shayari..his shayarii somehow gives u the feel of been ditch sort of bewafaii type and I strongly believe larki ka mamla hai 😕 so in that case let me guess few more things 😆 😆

5- larki left him coz he was good for nothing and is gham mein sahir ka accident hojata hai or phir koi bemari :/ ( I know its lame but kuch bhi hosakta hai :p)

6- what if sahir is shadi-shuda and have one bacha also which is in hospital and her wify died or run away with some other guy :/ :/
