But he knew that Amma didn't want to come ,and than she did not want to sit at the table and he thought that she will be ok if he bring out fish 😕 I don't care about Amma or Pinto I am only feeling sorry for Sagarika and Bunty this is one more trouble for them 🥺
I think we have discussed in one of the threads that Cross cultural marriages can be successful with mutual understanding and respect. Pinto was on that opinion. So he kept his desire and tradition in front of Mishra Family before actually putting the Fish on the table. He thought since they were keen on following their custom and he obliging their wish, visa versa. But less he knew that the sight of Fish itself will be a big issue for the Mishra Family.

While it was very foolish of Pintu, I guess many Indian vegetarians (especially in small towns) over-react to the presence of non-veg products.However, I have seen that these very same people behave perfectly fine when they leave for distant shores. I guess its all a matter of perspective.
