Exactly my thought. Something like this takes away from both. You gave the award away to the blacks and kept the sympathy for the whites.( sensing foul play). Both were fantastic movies but to pull such a stunt, to create such commotion when people are amidst their speech : TACKY.

Really? I love Ellen. I mean not just as a host, I love her show and the things she does. I like both Jimmy's actually; Kimmel and Fallon

hmm. I see :) Ellen is a good.. I mean, she's Ellen - a brand or standard of her own! But since 2-3 years, i have found Academy awards(the function) to be lacking in quality, and in Ellen too. I don't exactly remember the year, but the first time she hosted Oscars was just ..i was blown away. But 2 years ago(?) she didn't have it ...for me at least, seemed to try harder. Just my opinion or could've been my mood 😳

this year tho, after a long time i have enjoyed it ( or maybe its my mood? ;p )
