which says victim should not questioned about her previous life in rape case.

or which other section he going to use.

by the way --one big advantage for rishi is --he knows all weaknesses of sameer.

mujhe kahan pata hai??--our fellow member[supriya] who is lawyer is given this info to me.

i knew victims past is irrelevant in rape case.

but thanks to supriya i got lot lot more info about this--sections and acts -entire information she provided me.
