Indira had her Bag with her when she pulled Mandira aside from road centre, we could see her bag even when they sat down at a place. She might have kept that sketch book inside her bag na.

am sure tht sketch book might have Indira-Vidit tales (like we saw 1 page abt Rakhi)

Rishi might have made them to make Vidit happy during his treatment period as he knws their relation importance and how much he loves Indira. Soo evn now tht can act as Curative.

May be we could have got scenes of Indira showing them to Vidit,

but now with this New Jung of Indira, i doubt we will get anything like tht or not.
