If the property is in Pratibha's name, how can Mahen sign away Pratibha's power of attorney to Sunidhi?
All Pratibha has to do is nullify the POA she gave Mahen. When did Pratibha give Mahen a POA? If Sunidhi had at least said that Mahen using his power of attorney had made the sale on Pratibha's behalf, it might have sounded half plausible. Or are we supposed to fill in the gaps of this impossible rigmarole with half baked possibilities painfully drawn from our own individual imagination?

Pratibha owns half the property so they can still live under that roof.
