Oh yes, you might be right because Anmol is literally putting his whole life on FB but I think she's family, an aunt, either on Mahendra's father's or mother's side.

I think she is Mahen's father's younger brother's wife...and from the flashback of hers seems to predict that she was forced to leave the house and robbed of some financial rights. I am also assuming that initially she was also like Pratibha and mahen's mum exploited her...
