Working Whole day on computers causes!

I don't know about you but can i say that do you have any eye problems or pain in your head after working whole day doing your work infront of PCs either in home or at the office. 😊

one day i sat and i wasnt working but playing a game which i found to be really addictive ...when i got up i had burning sensation in my eyes which went off and pain in the back...i donno more but one day when i sat the whole day this happened.

hey my job involves sitting in front of the computer all day long ... n i get blood clog becos of it ... plus i went to the opticians n i hve to wear glasses 😭 i fink itz becos i star at the computer from 9 - 5 or sumtmes 7 wothout any rest ... ever since then i now tke 10 mins break every hour n i feel as my eyes are insh allah getting better
