Question about Sorcerer's Stone

I just finished rereading the first book...and at the end Harry asks Dumbeldore why Snape hates him and Dumbledore tells him that even though Snape and James hated each other when they were at Hogwarts....but one time James saved Snape and that's reason Snape hates him even more becos he is in James's debt....

So my question is do we know what was that sutiation?? did JKR metion this in any other book??? Will we find out about this in the last book???

Becos I honestly think that since Dumbeldore is gone Snape will take over the protector of Harry and he will fight against Voldermort and die at the end.....

What do think????

yup..it's mentioned in the 3rd book(pg 261 IVth para)...sirius played a prank on snape and james had saved him....

The whole James-Snape story along with many other things are revealed in the third book, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

YAAH ! Actually when Snape was trying to snoop around why Lupin went away once every month .... sirius tried to play a deadly joke with him which could even kill him... and James had saved Snape at the last moment..

I don't think that Snape is bad either...I think he will

save Harry from Voldemort and die... 😭

ur question i sanswerd...but really it wil b gr8 he really b a protector of harry but i hav doubt abt dat harry wil allow him 2 cum evn 20 km within his range.....harry wil curse him...coz he hav seen d'dore dyin in front of him n snape killd him....

i dont think snape would get much change to protect harry.... neither JKR would as well... remember she killed serius and dumbledore just to make harry alone for the last battle 😉
