only... i just wonder... was he killed for destroying the horcrux??

hmmm... how did regulus find out bout the horcrux? how did he know to look in the cave? what drove him to go against the dark lord? and how did he manage to get out alone.... dumbledore couldn't survive the potion. do you think regulus put something in the potion and that's why dumbledore got really weak?

Maybe Regulus never wnated to be out....maybe he wasn't killed for wanting to be out...maybe he was killed because he found out about the horcrux?

but it says in the letter that he hoped that when voldemort meets his match, he'll be mortal again a.k.a. he wants him dead so he is against him

i'm not sure abt voldy knoing that regulus found out...cuz then voldemort would've gone and checked the cave location to see the horcrux and that locket wouldn't have been there'

and i'm positive that only the DE/and other followers call voldy the Dark Lord

I agree with everyone...so far it does appear that Regulus is RAB...

Also, as someone mentioned before Sirius seems to misjudge a lot of people most of the time ... so he may have misjudged his brother's intelligence...

also...i've read somewhere (forgot where..i thinkkk...the leaky or mugglenet forums) that sirius has made a lot of misjudgings on characters...so why not add another? alsoo...in the leaky and mugglenet interview, Jo is asked abt RAB having a two-way mirror...she said that she didn't want to talk abt the mirror as it would give away too much...she's hinting a lot there...either he does have the mirror or something is going to happen with that mirror
