hey friends...

plz clear my doubt..In book 1 Hagrid says to Harry that James and Lily were head boy and head girl.But I was reading Book 5 ,in that Sirius was telling that he or James were never made Prefects by Dumbledore.But for being a Headboy,James should have been made a Prefect.Isn't it?😕😕

No, honey, it's not necessary to be a prefect in order to be a head boy/girl...

Lily had always been a prefect, along with Remus, but James was made Head boy... 😊

sams right....
i think(not sure) remus said somewhere that james had more of the leadership qualities in him...and that he himself never tried to stop the other marauders while the pranked...i think thats why james made head boy instead of remus..and james had also matured by then!!!

yup...remus..was..d..male..prefect..in.their..year

but..dumbledore.felt..tht..by..giving..James..some..responsi bility
he....could..be..sudro-fied..which..was..what..happd..this.. is..my..theory 😉
