Others who think that the epilogue shudhave been better: Don't u think that it wud have been better if Jo had ended the book before the epilogue, so each of us could make our own things of it?? Surely I would imagine that somehow Ginny got away from their life...😆but now that Jo gave the eilogue its all fixed, we can't make anything from it. Wouldnt it be better to keep suspence??😳

i wudnt cut off da epilogue...but i wud DEFINITELY put h and hr together!!!!

😆But it would not have made sense! I mean, all throughout the sixth and seventh book, JK was pretty much telling us that Ron would marry Hermione, and in the beginning of the seventh book, during Ginny and Harry's kiss, Harry couldn't imagine Ginny moving on with her life if he had died and marrying someone else.

If in the epilogue, Harry ended up with Hermione, I would have been like, "Wait...what??"😃

Oh noooooooo😊. I loved the epilogue (it was just too short😭), because Harry and Ginny and Ron and Hermione ended up together (like I expected), and Harry/Ginny & Ron/Hermione have always been two of my fav pairings.😃

The ending was quite good widout the epillouge. just thinking of harry as a father is not nice. He sounds too grown up. It would be best if JKR left the ending after voldy died to our own imagination. And the other thing that I felt very sad is for Teddy as lupin and tonks died. So I didn't want them to die.And i wud want harry to marry Hermy.....😛

On more thought, I dont think I ever expected a epilogue... somehow Voldermort's faceoff with Harry and the end of it ... would have done it!

I loved the aspect where I , as a reader am left to wonder about what could have happened to the characters so I well the epilogue kinda did let it be... but it still added a lot more mystery if that were possible... like watching something through a fog... you know its tehre... but you cant see it too clearly...!!

If one can believe... the aftermath of the face off would have been hard to get off his back - For Harry! It's hard to let go of something like that and just go abck and carry on with life... a life that harry never had... a normal life was something Harry possibly never knew until after the final face , when he painstakingly built it!

Oh... well I went off on a tangent I guess.... but for me, it was the perfect ending... epilogue or no epilogue it was perfect!!

I tell that to everyone who wants H to marry Hr(they are too much!!!!😆) Jus kidding:D LOL. You know what...the suspense would have been good in a literary sense(as in everyone can imagine their own ending)...but I wanted to see R/Hr married so I can rest in peace (lol, otherwise I was having nightmares of Ron dying for some reason😭I know I'm weirdo😕 LOL😆). Also, I wanted to see Harry live a life without Voldemort...as in a normal muggle sort of life...thats why I liked the epilogue but wish she had included the whole 19 years time period in it and all what happened during that time like how Hermione went in the Law Department, How Harry became an Auror, How Ron helped George in Weasleys Wizard Wheezes, How the Trio raised thier kids, etc. etc....I know...high expectations😆😆

I would have loooooooooooved that, but that would have been too big of an epilogue, so JK should have written a whole book as an epilogue, with a little of what happened to the Dursleys in it also.

LOL, I dunno, she said she is going to write the enclyclopedia, but dunno if she would include all that kind of stuff in that, would she?😕😛
But it would be heavenly if she actually wrote such a book "The Missing Years" as in what happened in all that time.😆 I wish I could force her. Maybe I can try making a petition.😉😆
