Episode starts with Laajo sitting sadly in front of window with a burning diya 😕.
Her mom came with food and told her to eat.she told her that Nikhil has reached home safely ,she has found out from Anuradha jiji's house.
She thinks about Nikhil when he was sitting on well in her courtyard, eating. Nikhil is eating alone in his room thinking about same moment. Laajo is devastated and leaves her food in between. Nikhil has tears in his eyes as well. Nice scene but am not feeling sympathetic towards Laajo ; I feel so sad for my nik man..he needs a big hug from us the forum gaals...🤗💔
Ayesha brought Adi home from hospital, she took his care. She apologized for Sid ,adi told her to forget about sid and never talk about him all. But she insisted that she wanted him to know. She told him story of sid attacking Laajo and Ayesha siding with sid to when Nikhil saved her from sid. She told him about Sid's attempt to injure Nikhil with knife. She told him that sid is dangerous. He looked troubled and she apologized again, but he laughed and told her don't take full credit of sid's behavior as he fels sid was jealous of him as he is very handsome. That diffused the tension and intensity and they both had light moments together where she told him about his different medications, she asked him not to do household chores and also told him to call her if he needed help.then she went home as it was late.
It is morning and Nikhil is dressed in formal attire, feel he doesn't look as good in formal stuff...I miss my nik in informal open shirts..he looked tooo hot to handle uff...😳😳
He is in his brother's room .He has his resume' in his hands and goes in and remembers when his brother fell. He remembered LAajo's words reassuring him that she believes that he never let go of his hand intentionally. He started talking to his brother's picture. Telling him that he missed him .He went on to say that mom has still not forgiven me.But I don't feel the burden of guilt in my heart. I feel free. I don't feel guilty. Brother I am happy.
Suddenly we see His brother sitting by edge of the bed with younger Nikhil saying It took you so long to understand this simple thing.It was not your fault.I have been trying to tell you this from very long time but my voice never reaches you.his brother hugs his younger self and Nikhil looks on and smiles with tears falling off his eyes(amazing expressions very well done scene👏👏👏👏 Cvs did good job here)
Suddenly Barkha came n the room😡 and asked him what was he doing there?He looked at her trying to wipe the tears away but she still saw them, she came in and took akash's picture away from his hands, Nikhil 's forehead had crease at that action, he did not like this gesture of his mother. She went on to ask I am asking you something?
He said why ? why cant I come here, this is not just your son's room, it is also my brother's room. For whole Life you blamed me for Akash's death. I don't want your forgiveness. Just because of Laajo.Mom she taught me how to live life without guilt or sorrow,she showed me hwo to be happy.
Barkha asked if Laajo said that it was her who was guilty of Akash's death and I am blaming you for it.
HE said no mom, she never said anything like this, but I know mom Laajo showed you mirror👏👏👏He smiled cynically and said You believe the truth or not, it doesn't matter to me but I know finally that I am not running away from myself. finally somewhere I am at peace with myself.Barkha just looked on stunned, she tried to call Nikhil back but he went away,she just sat wearily on the be ,thoughtfully.(it was very good scene, I feel Cvs have increased the pace of story quiet a bit, I guess they don't want it to drag like Bengali version as their numbers suffered with drag they had with Nikhil's confusion. But It was very well directed/enacted scene. Finally even his own brother's voice he could hear in his mind, he could hear his brother telling him to let go of past and look forward, Barkha is left alone in her tormented hell, she needs to suffer for what she put Nikhil through...😭😭
Nikhil went downstairs and met his dad, he Asked him if he could talk to him. He gave his dad his credit cards and thanked him saying he doesn't need him, he returned car keys as well. He said he did not need them. His father told him he really did not need to do all this, but concentrate on his studies, If he doesn't want to go abroad, he could study here and make his career. Nikhil said he wants to do a job and quit studies. His father offered to help him with job but Nikhil stopped him midsentence and said he doesn't need his help. And he went on to say anyways what has this house given me except financial support. Hopefully I wont be needing it any more.👏👏 Inder deserved that for being a poor show as dad. He sad one more thing dad,I had told mom last night I would stay here as I promised Laajo,but I would pay for my food and accommodation. Inder is stunned and Barkha overhears from above and looks shattered😃
Nikhil went from place to place sweating trying to find job but there is no vacancy. He remembered His mom's words saying that he was nothing without his father's name and he would know there wont be red carpet of jobs for him.
Laajo's mom is worried that Laajo was not back from college. his father defended her as he felt Laajo was not at fault. Her mom asked him to convince Laajo to go back to delhi to be with Nikhil. Suddenly Laajo came home crying saying that her education would stop as there were riots in college and whole science wing was destroyed. How would my dream come true. His dad said there are many more colleges, I would put you in best college in district.
Saraswati asked to take laajo to Delhi to Nikhil and get her admitted in any of colleges there. But Her father defended her decision as she and Nikhil were adults. He asked them to trust god as god opens many paths if one is closed.
Nikhil comes to shreya's house and see bheja there as well. They are excited to see him. He asks where was ranjo and they said she was on the way.He asked about Ishaana,they told him that she went to London alone.(thank god,but what a let down Cvs serisouly,she never got even exposed😡)
HE asked bheja to give him some money in lieu of his watch, heja wanted to refuse but ranjhna came and asked bheja to keep it and give Nikhil money as it would make Nikhil feel good.She said we all love you and hugged him,(poor boy needed a hug,his friends are supportive, specially Rajnana)
Laajo is sitting in room thinking how Nikhil was wondering when would he hear her voice, she went on to take her phone out excitedly to call him but then stopped remembering her own promise😕 makes no sense idiot😡
Pre cap Ranjo is in Sonbursa asking Laajo to come to Delhi and take control of her life, study and do tuitions and make money 👏👏👏
My take on this episode is that it had some very good moments
Nikhil finally letting go of his guilt was done in very natural way, his mother was shown a mirror and her tormented hell is burning on high.
I am wondering what would inder do now as his son shamed him today for failing to protect his child. I mean why couldn't inder refuse to eat with barkha and eat with Nikhil later on, I mean no one stopped Barkha from doing what she was doing.
Also I liked a realistic approach to life by Nikhil trying to sell his stuff to get money, pride has its place and one needs to eat a humble pie sometimes.
Also Ranjhna would be instrumental in bringing Laajo to delhi makes it more realistic for me...
Acting is always good but I do not like formal attire on Vibhav, It doesn't suit him as much so please Cvs take a note and change that...
Ps vibhav has started to rock in voice modulation, it is simply perfect.
