To he honest he would of found out early if he ever bothered to call up himself but no the shocking thing is that he still went to ishana asking her what do u think I should do it's like oh my god don't u have a brain of your own why ask her it's not like you are a doing a bad thing by going sonbrsa obversly nikhil is concerned about lajjo and her health that's why he was arguing with his mum saying it's final he going and that is it still there is still some romance to see between nikhil and lajjo all I can say for now is that hope lajjo does not die and nikhil reach sonbrsa on time and for precap can't wait for the maha episodes it will be good to watch what does everyone else think?

yes I feel He expected Ishaana to support him in this humanitarian concern of his. When she remained quiet he was disappointed. I think it was shown to create a reason for Nikhil's mind to divert from Ishaana, see when ever Nikhil has to choose between Ishaana and Laajo he always chooses Laajo due to some reason, it is not intentional but somehow he always chose Laajo over Ishaana.
