Why can't I watch starplayer anymore?!

Hi, firstly sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I honestly don't know where I'm supposed to ask these questions!

But like the title of my post says, why can't I use the starplayer clips anymore? I was using them fine till today, where I'm now being told that only if I'm based in India I can view them! I don't find this very fair, as sometimes we don't have video updates and starplayer is very helpful then!
I live in the UK so were a week behind, but in addition I sometimes can't watch or even record some episodes, and that's where starplayer and video updates are so useful for me.
I just don't understand why, after nearly a year of being able to use starplayer, I'm now being barred from it, without warning as well!

Any help will be appreciated in regards to my questions! Thanks in advance, Suki!

Thanks, reemz for your reply, I'm just as confused as you are. I don't understand why non-india residents can't watch them anymore! I've asked this same question in the 'suggestions and comments' area, but I haven't got any replies yet.
It's so not fair if non-india residents can't use starplayer anymore! I personally think that, having tools like starplayer is what sets IF apart from other run of the mill forums.

I dont know what is going on Suki, I have watched all previous episodes of Gulaal right from the start on this player. In fact even last night I was watching (BTW I am US based ) so I cant understand what is happening. I did try to see after reading ur post but link is not working. Maybe there is some technical glitch that will be fixed, because it was working fine till yesterday. Hope it works soon.😃

I watched a few videos this morning but then it stopped working all of a sudden. I hope they fix the prob soon 😭

Hi, neil-fan thanks for your reply. Starplayer was working for me fine yesterday too, and I was watching loads of old episodes of different shows, but for some reason today its not working. When I kept clicking on the links the message came up that 'this video is for india based viewers only'. I'm so not going to be happy if this is the truth!
Can someone who is based in India please check the link(s) and see if it works for you? If it doesn't maybe it is just a technical error, if it does, it means that its true, and non-india viewers can't use starplayer anymore!

Well if you can use StarPlus player than just use youtube where you can watch the episode which is updated daily at 5'oclock UK Time. Go onto apnadesi TV and watch the episode at 5'oclock with a choice of daily motion, zshare or youtube. Hope that helps 😊

@ramita94 Thanks for telling me about the youtube links, I'm still fuming at starplus about this sudden barring, but its good to know that there is somewhere I can keep update to date with my favorite shows.

Thank's for your support, I agree with you completely. I think all of us non-india based viewers should complain to starplus, as what there doing is completely unethical IMO.

The thing is that we can watch else where - but you have to be careful as some sites give us viruses and they are not always a good copy at the star player....... i hope vijay does something abt it.
