Because Sai has given everything to pakhi on platter. She could and have extracted some concessions from her to get more access to vinu. But no! Her expedient marriage has the potential to endanger savi satya relationship, and in turn, sai and savi relationship forever.

Sai married Satya to get a mad Virat off her back. At the same time she kept her word to her son. She is neither immoral nor a psychotic like Pakhi & Virat to hold kids hostage to demand things. Vinayak chose Pakhi as his mother. It was up to Virat to explain things to the kid. He failed to do so and cemented Pakhi's position in Vinu's life. Now coming to Savi & Satya.. we have no idea how Savi will react. Sai needs to explain things to her properly. And Savi is an intelligent kid. With time she will understand that her mother is much more happier away from CN toxicity.

Most importantly, Sai has not given anything to Pakhi. Even now, if Virat chooses, he can kick out Pakhi from his life. Will he do that.. no. Because no matter what, he always wants Pakhi to stay connected to his life. At least now, Sai will be away from the that toxicity in the name of friendship and responsibility.

Maybe she is at Satya's house preparing for newly married couple's griha pravesh... Or maybe teaching baratis how to do Nagin opps mor dance...
